Select RCA products are available for pre-order at an exclusive discounted price. Pricing and availability are listed on individual product pages. Pre-orders are available only to customers within the United States.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All pre-order products are offered at a special discounted price compared to their regular retail value. See product listings for specific pricing details.
- Customers will be charged the full discounted pre-order price at the time of purchase to secure their order.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Pre-order purchases are expected to ship by July 2025 at the earliest. Please note this timeframe may change due to production or supply chain factors.
- Customers will receive shipping details and tracking information once their order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Customers may cancel their pre-order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To cancel a pre-order, please contact support@rcatv.com with your order details.
- After 30 days from the purchase date, pre-orders cannot be canceled.
5. Additional Terms
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- RCA reserves the right to modify or cancel pre-orders due to unforeseen circumstances. If RCA cancels a pre-order, customers will receive a full refund.
