Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
- This product is warranted by RCA TV to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. RCA TV will repair or replace product as determined necessary upon inspection.
- Before warranty service can commence, the original purchaser must contact RCA TV to determine issue and service procedures. Warranty claims can be submitted at support.rcatv.com. Warranty claims will be processed upon inspection of the product, once received from original purchaser, within the Warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, failures or damage caused by contact including but not limited to food, beverages, liquids, gels or pastes; damage due to weather, lightning, and other acts of God, such as power surges; accidental damage; improper installation; damage due to incorrect operation or maintenance; customer misuse/abuse/negligence; customer adjustments/modification; transportation or commercial use.
- Purchaser is responsible for any shipping or transportation charges incurred to ship or otherwise delivery Product to RCA TV for warranty claims.
